Shabbat Milchama

No Shabbat Shalom this week...

Israel fights on to defend her citizens into the sabbath.

God bless the men and women of the IDF.

God protect the men and women of southern Israel as well as the innocent Palestinian men and women in Gaza being held hostage by Hamas.

God protect Gilad Shalit as he spends yet another shabbat in captivity.

ד גַּם כִּי-אֵלֵךְ בְּגֵיא צַלְמָוֶת, לֹא-אִירָא רָע-- כִּי-אַתָּה עִמָּדִי;
ה תַּעֲרֹךְ לְפָנַי, שֻׁלְחָן-- נֶגֶד צֹרְרָי;
ו אַךְ, טוֹב וָחֶסֶד יִרְדְּפוּנִי-- כָּל-יְמֵי חַיָּי;

1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul; He guideth me in straight paths for His name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me;
Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies;
Thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life;
and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Hi, nice blog of yours. My first visit.

I pray that God protect IDF soldiers in Gaza.

Kind regards from Jayapura, Indonesia.

Thanks Jensen - I can't understand most of what your blog says because I don't quite understand your language but it seems pretty pro-Israel so go you!

Any cease fire has to include Gilad. Without him, I'd rather bomb them into oblivion.
